How do I prep for my appointment?

Two weeks prior...

  • BOTOX/DYSPORT: IF YOU REGULARLY GET BOTOX/DYSPORT IT MUST BE DONE 14 DAYS PRIOR AND 14 DAYS AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT.
  • WAXING/THREADING: DON'T TRIM BEFORE YOU COME, LEAVE THE BROW SHAPING TO ME.
  • RETIN-A: DISCONTINUE THE USE OF ALL RETIN-A PRODUCTS 14 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
  • ANTIBIOTIC: DISCONTINUE THE USE OF ALL ANTIBIOTICS 14 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.


24 hours prior...

  • NO BLOOD THINNING MEDICATION (IBUPROFEN)
  • NO ALCOHOL OR EXCESSIVE CAFFEINE CONSUMPTION

How to care for my brows after my appointment?

REMOVE LYMPH/FLUID

  • CLEANSE YOUR BROWS WITH AFTERCARE SOAP & APPLY BALM MORNING AND NIGHT FOR 10 DAYS

  2. TINY BIT OF SOAP & WATER WITH AFTERCARE SOAP OUTSIDE OF SHOWER
  3. WASH GENTLY IN DIRECTION OF HAIR (LIGHT SWIPE)
  4. RINSE THOROUGHLY
  5. PAT DRY WITH PAPER TOWEL
  6. APPLY RICE GRAIN AMOUNT OF BALM
  • ABSOLUTELY NO SWEAT, SUN OR STEAM (INCLUDES HOT SHOWERS, SAUNAS, POOLS & SPAS) FOR 2 WEEKS

Why do you require a nonrefundable deposit?

We like to make sure everyone booking to 100% ready to commit to the service. This deposit is deducted from total service fee. We have a 72 hour cancelation policy. If cancelation policy is not followed, client will forfeit the deposit. 

What is the cancelation policy?

Your appointment can be rescheduled 72 hours prior to appointment. If done after, the deposit will be forfeited and client will need to make another deposit to book an appointment.
